Version Management

TexSlide adopts the industry-standard Semantic Versioning (SemVer) system. The version number format is: Major.Minor.Patch.

  • Major Version: Incremented for significant architectural changes
  • Minor Version: Incremented when adding backward-compatible new features or functionality
  • Patch Version: Used for backward-compatible bug fixes and performance optimizations

The initial product version is 0.9.0. The development team maintains an active iteration pace to ensure users receive new features and improvements in a timely manner.

We recommend keeping your software updated to the latest version for optimal performance and access to new features.
