To use Typst typesetting in TexSlide, please ensure that Typst is installed on your local system.

Download & Installation

Visit the Typst Official Download Page  and choose the installation method suitable for your operating system:

• macOS: Recommended installation via Homebrew (brew install typst), or download the .pkg installer.
• Linux: Recommended installation via your system’s package manager (e.g., apt, dnf, or pacman), or download the precompiled binary.
• Windows: Recommended installation via a package manager (scoop install typst or winget install typst), or download the .exe installer.

Verify Installation

After installation, open a terminal and run the following commands to verify successful installation:

typst --version
